I just wanted to show off one of my plants that I have LST(Low stress trained). I think it gives a clear example of why this is really good practice. For people who are not using HID or want better light penetration I think this is a must. In my situations I am using LED's. Which work just fine but lets face it, it just doesn't penetrate down deep into large bushes. If you're just getting into growing I think its a great thing to practice and add to your normal growing habits.
