hempy buckets or coco coir?

hi everyone
so i been growing in dirt for some time now
i like how simple it is
but i wanna switch it up and see faster results with a different medium
so i been reading up on both hempy buckets and on coco coir
i was just wondering if anyone could tell me which is easier
if i go with hempy buckets my nutrients would be the lucas formula
if i went with coco coir ill go with the canna line nutrients
any help would be awesome guys

Try a Hempy with silica stone or perlite or hydroton in the rez and coco the rest of the way up. Match made in heaven.

i saw someone said when using coco
when you flush your supposed to still use nutrients?
