Hempy bucket guide

Hi guys, I wasnt sure weather to put this in hydro or soil growing, but its not soil or hydro.... the Hempy Bucket method..

I've searched hempy buckets and have uncovered medany threads and posts containing hempy bucket grows but there is no Hempy bucket thread on exactly how to grow hempy bucket style.

Is there a thread on ICmag about how to grow hempy as I cant find any? I want to grow hempy but forgot how to go about it..

if anyone can help me find a guide on how to set one up, what nutes to use I would be very greatful.... I cant even remember the ratio of perlite to vermiculite used as the growing medium
