Why would you flower a mother plant? If she is flowering, from my experience it will be difficult to get the cuttings to root. I have only ever rooted 2 out of 5 cuttings that were flowering and they took forever.

Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part. If I were going to do clones, I would be sure to use some rooting hormone. Expect them to be slow in growing and may take some time to revert to vegetative growth.

hey tokin where at on the plant did you take your clones from?

but it is harder to get stuff to clone when taking cuttings in flowering, for one the plant has to revert to veg, 2nd then it has to start to try to root, by then the plant will use stored nutrients in the leaves, you want to also stay away from stems that are woody, taking cuttings lower on the plant is the best, woody stems makes it nearly impossible to clone.......

some strains root just in the same time, no matter if in veg or bloom. I have done it plenty times. Even up til chop day u can clone. and it is not hard to root it. But then it must transition back to veg. But it can make roots while in flower as well. even under 12/12

woody stems are some of my best clones. again depends on the genes. Hollow stems are more apt to rot. Dont ever let anyone discourage what You or your plant are capable of. If you want to preserve the genes of some great smoke then u should try and experiment with great effort to keep her genes alive. I will help you if you need it. Trust me- its better to live and learn. Than regret.

I personally thinks it is a great idea to clone a flowering mom, if you want to preserve her. Others might not agree ^^. But just next time try to do it in veg.

Good Lucks to Ya.
