I am growing og and I am in the 2nd week of flowering and the timer for the AC malfunctioned. I walked in 5 hours after the lights had activated and it was extremly hot. I would say out of 24 plants 6 are drooping bad. What should I DO! : :badday:

when you say extremely hot...how extreme? i am imagining quite high if your plants are drooping badly. Are the drooping leaves starting to crisp dry? if so you may have cooked a few of them. But dont be disheartened too much we all have problems (see my post on my recent light timer failure) and this plant is hardier than a lot of people think...i have witnessed bad heat issues with a buddy of mine and known growrooms to be at 35-36 degrees c and although photosynthesis stops at high temps, the plant wont necessarily die it may just need a day or 2 to recover. Can you post a pic of the droopy ones so we can see how bad they are and whether we think they will recover? its hard for us to judge the condition without one?

Like i say we are all here for fellow growers to support each other in these bad times. Hard luck but dont worry you still have 3/4 of your plants that look ok.

It's hard to give you specific advice based on the limited information you've provided.

If they're drooping, then they probably need water. Plants transpire more in hot temperatures to keep themselves cool than they would in lower temperatures and that means they'll use more water in the same space of time.

Check them all for water and water those that need it, they should soon perk up again.

Sorry I didn't get back to you guys triplebeam and tree&leaf I really appreciate your help. The problem was not the heat it was the system had a block on the row of the six plants and it needed water. Thanks again!!!

I am in the 7th week of flowering and noticed a lot of fungus gnats, large and small, as well as larva on the roots. I also noticed one of my plants droping I think it may be root rot. I am using a hydro system with 3 gallon buckets, mesh pots and rocks. In addition, my flowers are really small for being in the 7th week. What can I do to see my flowers grow more.
