Help with starting my grow!

Hey!!

so am about to start my grow hopefully by next week. I'm hoping to do about 3 plants. Super Skunk / Blue Mystic. I currently have a 3x2x6 grow tent, and am still looking for an LED light that will be sufficient.
These are the lights i'm looking at that are in my price range, does anyone know if any of these will work for my setup?

Also, what would you suggest for plant food?

I don't use led but I would check out Amazon to see what they have. They have ratings to give you some idea of quality.
