Help with pot size

Hi,

here is the plan:

I´m going to germinate seeds in root riot plugs, after 3-4 days I put them in 1 litre (0,25 gallon) airpots for exactly 30 days, one day later they get a bigger pot.

Lights that will be used: 4x55w PLL, so not to much power.

Now the Question:

Are 1 litre pots big enough for 30 days of veg, or will they get stressed and root bound?

should be fine imo. dont use straight peat or light warrior. give em at least 1:1 (ffof or roots 707):ewc


or some other decently amended and cooked soil...ur not growin a super sativa are ya??? maybe go a bit light on the soil if ya are...
