Help with Oakton high tds meter

That meter is gonna be rough to use for growing...PPT is parts per thousand and most meters use parts per million (or EC/SC)...so that means you'll need to divide whatever it shows by 1000 to get a PPM.

Is there any way you can swap it out for a "low" meter that does 0-1990ppm?

Sandman you just blew my gray matter all over the place, splat on the walls.Lets think about this stondedilly for a moment..............It shows parts per thouasand but we want parts per million.A million is a thousand thousand.Ergo,if thats really a word, the number that comes up should be multiplied by 1000 to get the million PPM right? The number shouldnt be divided by 1000 right?OOOOOh there goes more brain
