I've got a few plots I've found, but I don't really have time to prepare the soil, I have one visit. And then another at chop, I could squeeze one in mid way. How should I go about it. I was thinking dig a hole and put some blood bone and fish meal in the bottom and filling it in with water retaining crystals and johnn innes number 3 mixed with cheapish soil.

I use the osmocote slow release every year on my plants thats grown in place thats not easily accessible and places I dont want to disturb the surrounding vegetation often. Works very very good and dont over do it. Put 3/4 to the full reccomended dose in there. Try not to use much blood/bone meal or anything that smells like fish as this will (depending on your location) attract coyotes, raccoon's and skunks, and in my experience you will find yourself arriving to a dissapeared plant and a hole lol. The water crystals work very well also, mix them lightly in the top most part of the soil and more heavily in the bottom. I have heard of people locally mixing too much polymers in there soil and they will swell up so much to push the plant out of the dirt, imo you dont want that problem. Also dont leave the top part of your soil dry, always cover the bare ground of your hole with leaves, grass, sticks, or rock to help hold moisture in the ground and also for above ground security. Bare ground is very visible from the air. I learned that the hard way.

A couple tips for you are too buy some large containers of crushed red pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. As long as it doesnt contain any salt. Sprinkle it around the base of the plant and pretty heavily at that and I have learned this organic method will keep many pests and insects at bay. I even sprinkle it on the leaves at times. Also, if you use the osmocote fert, come flower time watch the forecast and right before a good rain sprinkle water soluble fertilizer around the base of the plant and lightly mix into the soil. Very efficient way to feed your buds. Dont over do it! Good luck

I forgot to add that when doing the water soluble fertilizer method before a rain during flower make sure the fertilizer you are using is intended for flowering with a high P/K and low N. If your on a budget the miracle grow bloom booster works very well in IME. If you got just a few extra bucks to spend get online and order you a huge bag of jacks classic water soluble fertilizer. This stuff is a good price for the amount you get and very effective. Once again, good luck!
