Sup guys my setup is 4-5 gallon dwc recir. buckets under 1k aircooled hood. I had veg the clones in perlite cups for 1 week with 400 ppm it looked great. I just transplanted in the dwc bucket last wed. PPM was 600 and ph at 5.7. The lower part of the girls are tuning yellow, stem and stalk is tuning purple. I am using AN 3 part nutes with barracade and b52 additives. Roots are just starting to go in the solution. I think it might be n def. but it has burnt tips. Here are some pics of the leaves. The strain is c99 if that helps. Thanks guys

i do not no if its from overnute or def. Please help.

yes it is a nitrogen deficiency but you are burning your plants with the additives it looks like......

you have good air ciculation going in the buckets?

and for the roots are they in the water or just above>?
how much b 52 are yuo using too?

Hi stitch, i am using 7.5 ml per gallon of b52. I am using 6 inch airstones n the bucketalso roots are now just touching the water. Also i am using the ratio of 1-1-1 of AN 3part

I had a DWC plant that started to slightly burn when the roots started to grow into the solution. I would go back to 400-500 ppm and raise the ppm more gradually. It just takes a little while for the roots to get used to all the ferts.

I agree 100%...in fact I just had this same problem not too long ago.

Were your buckets not light-proof, or did you let the rez temps get too high?

yes bucklets was light proof. I think it was a combination of things. Temp being hi and I was pointing the feedline at the rockwool cubes. Keepng the RW saturated. By when do you think I can see improvement from backing down the nutes. New growth up top is doing good btw.

Hmm...so you are doing a drip system as well as DWC??

Should see improvement within the week, but watch them at let them tell you. Don't stress too much.

It is a recirculating dwc bucket. The thing i notice is that new growth is green. But as it gets older it turns yellow and die.

Ohhhh....ok...I get what you are talking about now. Yeah, I run an elbow so my feed line goes down into the water, rather than constantly shooting at the RW/Hydroton.
