Not sure how the angle of light from the three cfls will reach the bottom.

Oh ok. Nevermind then. I would say it looks good. I don't usually build those micro setups but I like to look at them.

Can you explain your Co2 "environment" please? Co2 is heavy and tends to fall. Placing it above or even in the box would be more beneficial.

o and the light travel really good not just like the shade area you should i placed reflective tape inside the box every where which also blocks out the light

I would recommend you glue (I use Addhessive spray from walmart near spray paint) Mylar blankets or actual mylar sheets to the inside.

If you took your time working out all the air pockets it will like like a mirror.

imho too much work... just take a can of flat white spray paint and give the interior of your rubbermaid a few good coats. *not sure how well the paint will stick to the rubbermaid surface.... for the trouble and the costs the added reflectivity of mylar isnt worth it imo

Yeah the mylar will be a pain in your ass to apply for sure , however,

assuming you don't have any materials, you can get a fire blanket at wally or wherever for like 3 bucks (it's mylar)
It will take you about 2 hours and alot of cussing, but you'll be ready to roll.

You'll have to buy black paint, white paint, and aply 3 plus coat to get it totally light proof, so your spending money on the paint and waiting for it to dry.

If you got the paint at home and aint in a rush, paint it, imo.

I used the Fuision paint for plastic it worked great. You can also use another rubbermaid upside down and double the space you have
Happy growing

I agree painting would be easier. But it took me about 30 minutes to install my Mylar Blanket (arctic sleeping bag) and I believe it reflects more light and more heat. A mylar blanket can be purchased for 2$ from walmart or I got a 10 pak for 12$ online. They are 6 x 4 sheets of mylar, perfect!

All I did was use spray paint addhessive, 2$ at walmart near spray paints.

Start out by cutting 6 pieces the size that you need for the walls. After the pieces are cut, I spray painted each wall and applied each peice 1 by 1.
