You can glue some power strips right to the walls and ceiling of your box(make sure and use something strong like epoxy) and then pick up those adapters that let you screw your bulb into a socket with plugs on the other side. Its hard to describe ill show a picture. I have mine attached to a piece of wood

Your ventilation is set up wrong. You're going to want air blowing in at the bottom and being exhausted at the top where your lights are. You're also going to need another small fan on the inside blowing air on your plants/lights.

Yeah Jam Master is right, but not that bad of a set up curtisd

install the fans in the lid to blow air out of the container, and make inlet holes around the outside of the container around the base of you plant.

this way there is constant moving air around the plant.
