Help with leaf miners

Hello everyone. So I live in the tropics and I've been fighting leaf miners since i started growing. I've used neem oil with decent results. Helped the most when I added it to the water I gave the plants. However they have recently started flowering. I've read not to use neem oil anymore due to it affecting the quality of the bud. I keep finding leaf miner eggs now, I put pressure on them and they die but the spots where they were eventually turn yellow and the leaf begins to slowly die. Almost all the plants around my home have leaf miners. I don't want to keep loosing leaves ! Can anyone suggest a solution for these little monsters ? Thanks in advance .

What eats leaf miners ?

In the whole animal kingdom, there's got to be some lizard, insect, or spider, or bird, that likes to eat them.

While it says it's safe, I decided not to spray Monterey (Spinosad) on my plants directly after they really started flowering. On a few occasions I did go to town spraying other plants in the same area though. One thing to be aware of with Spinosad... it'll kill all sorts of insects, including bees. I usually sprayed late in the day when bees and other pollinators were less active.
