Help with growbox design

Hey guys, thanks in advance for any help. I am going to do a soil grow with Fox Farm nutes. The cab was originally a kitchen cart from Target, but now ill be used for a much better purpose.

Right now I am waiting on a 250 watt HPS light from insidesun.com and on my white rhino and northern lights seeds from nirvana. Each side of the box will have 4 26 watt CFL's just for some extra lumens (hopefully denser buds).

I am worried about temps. I need help designing an exhaust system for the box. I am not sure the fan pressure I need to keep it cool. I am worried with that the 250 watts are going ot be too much for this little space. Noise shouldn't be a big issue (it will be close to the washer and dryer...which the wife is always running) I have heard keeping buckets of ice next to your intake holes help, but I am not sure.

Also, how many plants would you reccomend in a place this small? Thanks guys!

box is 31"Heightx21"Widthx15"Depth

This weekend I am going Wally World to grab some materials and try and construct a cool tube. I am hoping I can find a lantern or some type of glass enclosure that will work.

This is the light I have ordered http://www.insidesun.com/1f59614e9a5c9ca3451f877b573ad87d.item . I believe that there is a glass plate that comes with my ballast Hopefully it will be here before the weekend.

from the looks of that reflector it might not come with a glass plate. Since your box is 31" tall, is there a way to modify the top of the box into a panel of glass? You could build an easy cool tube that way (separate section for light air).

Otherwise I would suggesting getting a squirrel cage fan

Actually there is a drawer that rolls out at the top, and i was just going to gut it, but leave the face on, to make it look natural. I wonder if there would be enough space to drop the wooden bottom of the shelf, and put a sheet of glass in. Then just run a few fans in the drawer itself. It is hard to tell now, as soon as the light gets here, i should have a better idea.
