Personally, I would suggest getting rid of the reflectors you got and put both lights in cool tubes. Look up pyrex bake a round tubes on ebay. They only cost like 20$ and work the same as an 80$ cool tube. It's on that DIY thread. Then, go to lowes and buy a chain and some S hooks and just hook em on that bar you got going across the top.

As for the ventilation, the walls are just sheet rock, right? Just cut away at em, then when you leave, patch it up. It don't take much to fix it.

JP what I am saying is you should build a grow box (of 2x4's, plastic/plywood) or whatever you think you could build it out of, even an old dresser, anything that you could stick in that closet and grow in. At that point you could drill holes in anything you like anywhere you like and you will be ok.

I stuck this in my closet because I rent and can't damage anything. I hope I am being clear in what I mean... just put a growbox of some sorte in your closet and you will be all set buddy.

Secure a 2 x 4 to the ceiling. Cut the board for a tight fit, tap it into place and angle 2 1/2" or 3" drywall screws into the ceiling-wall angle. It helps to pre drill pilot holes at the desired angle in the 2x4 first for ease of installation. The top plates on all conventional wall framing consist of 2 2x4's (interior walls) and will provide a secure bite with little damage to the drywall.

Cool tubes rate low on the list of things to buy unless you are growing vertically.

By the way, landlords inspect property when tenants leave, few if any look up at the closet wall angles. Remove the 2x4 and apply a dollop of painters spackle to the holes.
