Help with a 9 x 9 x 7 room build

Good morning IC Fam! i am in the process of setting up a proper 9 x 9 x 7 area that i want to set up for a veg and flower but with a slightly larger flower area then veg. I dont how i should set up the area because i use tents and build cabs for my veg but nvr took on this task Im really excited about this project i have on my hands.

Id love to fit 4-6 plants in the flowering area that will be running coco coir in 2-3 gallon smart pots. i figure use 3 1k hps and keep 1 on either side of flowering room and droppin a vert bulb in there to help a bit.

I dunno whats the best way to set up the room but moneys not to much of a concern at this point. Im a newbie with building full rooms to please understand that and any help will be MOST APPRECATIED!!

what is your budget and scope? can you make walls of any type in the room using lumber?

NEG Not sure where you plan on rocking this (PM me) so I'm having trouble drawing something up.... Veg area is kinda screwing me... If you had the whole 9x9 for flower it would be legit! Seal that bitch up and get a mini split and some co2 Goin'.... 9x9 you could do 4 1K's in 4.5x4.5 squares and be sitting damn near 50W per sq ft. 24K BTU split to keep the bitch cool.
