*HELP* What vacation can do to your plants!! Toxicity Issue?

I thought that instructions for care were specific, obviously not enough. I have never had this issue before, and I think the problem is that superthrive was used as 1 teaspoon per gallon instead of one drop per gallon. I really don't know because I was on vacation and had a caretaker. I do know that these plants should have been over a foot tall and ready to flower a week ago. They are currently on week 3 of veg from rooted clone. When I got home 5 days ago, I changed water solution and am now using very weak nutrient solution of only RO water and Cal Mag. The roots of the plants seem to be doing well, but they look a bit unusual. The plants themselves are well not looking very nice. Extremely tight nodes, curves leaves like the claw as in a nitrogen overdose, and also appearance of moisture stress and there has really been no apparent new growth since I got back. These plants are under 2 lamps with a total 1kw of light, 3 feet from the top of the plants, 18/6 per day. RH is at 50 percent, temperature at 75F.

I have some Clearex and will try this tonight unless anyone has any better ideas. I feel like these plants will recover because they don't appear to be getting any worse, but it is very frustrating knowing that this will likely cost me a month of time.

Thanks!
Thaniel.

that new solution of RO + calmag is the best thing you could have done.

i c a nitrogen toxicity issue...
maybe more im not familiar with some of that leaf ruffleing, it could be a P or K def.

they actualy look quite nice. let them veg another week and you'll probably double your yield.

DigitalHippy,

Thanks! As of today, things are looking much better. I should be setting to flower in about a week!

So things cleared up, and all is well. We are now on day 9 of 12/12. Running 4x400 watt lamps. I also decided to flower the moms (in soil), and they are under 1 600 watt light.

Hydro is all RH water, PPM count around 850. That includes about 6ml/gal cal mag and 15ml/gal pure blend pro grow/bloom combo at the moment.

Thanks for the help!

With that much stress to the plants, watch the plants carefully for it to produce hermies..... females that produce nanners or ball sacks that shoot hermie pollen and pollinate your whole crop......
