Help Transitioning Filter & Fan from inside to OUTSIDE of tent

I run a small tent and currently have am running a 6" Filter into a 6" Exhaust Fan and ducting that out of the tent.

I want to put this outside of the tent to save space. Will this have any effect on odor control? Stealth is my number 1 concern.

How would my setup look outside of the tent? How do you set up the ducting to pull the air out of the tent and into the filter? Sorry if this is a dumb question... can't find any threads on this.

Not sure. I have my filter inside the tent and use ducting to go out the top of the tent into the fan.

I also have a fan outside that blows directly into a filter, just press the filter onto the fan exhaust. That is unrelated to growing pot. I use it to filter cigar smoke. When you blow air into the filter it is less effective than pulling air into the filter by way of the fan suction.
