HELP! To High Temp & To Low Humidity!!!

So i have 16 different indica strains growing under 2x 400W hps with simple reflector at 3m2 grow box (2m/1,5m and 2m height). There is outtake fan 120m3/h and intake fan 100m3/h working 24/7. Temp with light on is 31-33c and then off temp is 21-23. Plants are 1 week old, and looks pretty good, growing second stage of leaves. Soils is not drying very fast, watering them each 2-3 days. Humidity is pretty low too then lights on its 37-45 and the of its 40-50. Any advices what should I do?

Best way to reduce temps is to use an air cooled hood, so no heat actually stays in the grow area. Best way to improve humidity is with a humidifier, there's lots of DIY stuff you can do to save cash, but you'll need the tools and be handy enough to pull it off. The easiest way would be to spend some extra $$$ and just buy the equipment.

Thats the worst thing that i dont have any spare cash at the moment :/ Would vent like this help?
