What is going on here? They looked great yesterday than when I checked on the today they seem to have wilted, shrunk, adn look purple brownish. What this all about. I have them On 12-12, and a little LST, but I don't think that is the problem.

They looked great yesterday? I have a hard time believing that unless you fed them something drastically different than what you have been.
I've never had plants go from looking 'great' to looking like what yours look like in those pic within 24 hours without me doing something REALLY stupid.

Vermiculite is not a nutrient.
You said your medium is organic soil. Ok, that tells us next to nothing. What is in your soil, ie., bat guano, worm castings, bone meal.
You have to tell us what you are doing to your plants and what you're giving them.
If you want help, you need to be thorough and honest with what you tell us.
Not just, Wow, they are just getting worse and worse:....I'll keep you updated.
That is not going to fix your plants.
Make the time you spend here worthwhile.

If you want folks to take the time out of their busy day to help a grower out..........That grower must be willing to help themselves first.
Judging from the way they looked in the photos and the amount of time since they were first posted...... Your most likely beyond saving by now. Even if you can keep them alive it will be months before they'll recover enough to do anything and then there is no guarantee.
You probably could have saved em had you been here to get the help we all tried give.
Cocktail Frank has it right I think..........Your better off starting over. New seeds will surpass these in a months time easily.
