Help setting up an Aero system

I'm looking into setting up an Aero system similar to the GH Aeroflow except using the nozzles from biocontrols.com so as to achieve a proper 50 micron fog.

I'm trying to work out how many nozzles I'm going to need, but to do so I need to figure out how many tubes/plants I can put in a 4x4 space under a 1000W light.

I'm going to be using 5" x 5" x 96" fence posts, so they're 8 feet long and will have a 1000W lamp for every 4x4 section.

So what kind of spacing should I use for the netpots, what size netpots should be used and how many plants could I fit in one length of tubing?

you can put as many as you have time to mess with. enough to get yourself a federal 10 yr bid if you are ambitious.

I had a friend who ran the GH aero 36 in a 5x5. some strains worked well but for me it looked like way too much work.

you lose a bit of time vegging but you need lots of time and space for moms and cloning to keep the machine full.
keeping the machine and cloners clean enough to operate well is tough work.

I have a 4x4 and have run from 1 to 25 in it.
