HELP SAVE MY BABIES!

My seedlings are starting to look bad and they have slowed growing over the past few days Any ideas why?

ebb and flow GH nutes
600 watt MH bulb 3 and a half feet away
temps in 70's
humid 40-60
tap water 30 ppm max
watered with PHed water till day 8 or 9 after sprouts showed i think
then flooded table for two days once a day (my solid wall pots hold a lot of water) with 230-250 ppm .5 conv. 0-1-2 GH nutes fro 70 gallon oxygenated res
they started to show nute burn so i went back to top watering phed water, this was 2 days ago. They are looking worse and growth has slowed
I checked the ph of the water i was using and it was reakl close to 5, a little low I guess so I raised it with some tap water to around 5.7. I only have PH drops.
They have been yellowing and it is not seeming to go away and they have been doing this since day 5. I think originally I might have overwatered a little to cause it as a few plants drooped thier leaves slightly after waterings.
Now my leaves are starting to point and curl different directions on different plants. Here are pictures, I neeed help this is how my last grow started to turn sour before my plants died. What should I do as far as feeding and watering or what else is this?!? Any other info I can give you or it is in my grow log.

so just keep top watering with Phed water? What PH should it be? What PPM should I lower the res to when I start the flood cycle again?

I just took 40 gallons out of the res and am going to top water with 23 ppm tap water phed to 5.5-6 until my res is full. I have only been watering once a day, is that normal for plants this age?

Dude that plant is not burning now.. but your babies are showing magnesium deficiency there man. You using any cal mag? what ppms did you have earlier when they were burning?

Mostly people grow seedlings in rockwool or other mediums before putting them in hydroton like that.......

They are in rockwool cubes under the hydroton. They got hit with nutes of 250 for 2 days .5 conversion. Mag defeciency? no cal mag, arent my nutes enough? what should I water them with ideally?

What nutrients are you using? They need a wide varity of nutrients.. if your nutrients do not have enough calicum or magniseum in it then you better get cal mag.

Your water is low in calicum and magniseum and is therefore considered soft water.
You will need to suppliment your plants with calicum and magniseum along with your NPK nutrients; that is if your nutrients do not have enough of it.

I was using GH nutes at a ratio of 0-1-2 and the ppm was around 240. They only got that for two days. I stopped two with nutes days ago and started watering with just PHed water out of a jug, however they are worsening still. All I can think is that this is light burn or they are continuing burning even though I am not hitting them with nutes. Is this light burn or could it be? Can plants continue burning after nutes are added for a few days? This is frustrating I don't want to lose these too.....
