Help please

I have forgotten how to load pics. I'm using a phone, and all my pics come out sideways??? Anyone that knows me knows I'm technically challenged, lol, do no big surprise I have forgotten how to load pics, lol. If only my brain had s computer chip on it, eh? Thanks for any help. Click "MY IC"
then
Click "Pics & Albums" in left hand column.
then
Click "Upload pics"
then
choose pics from your phone to upload
then
Upload pics.

They come out sideways, so I'm obviously still as useless as ever when it comes to technology, lol. Thank you KINDly for helping.

They will only turn sideways when you take a picture in the Portrait orientation (holding it up like you normally would). They stay the right orientation if you take them in the landscape orientation. I've never done it personally but I've heard several members mention that if you edit the photo on your phone and crop of a sliver and then post that then it will maintain the correct orientation.

99% of people hold their phone the wrong way when taking pics and vids. don't feel bad.
