Get em under floros ASAP.
then come back, How old are they?
400 is way too much for a seedling.

definately fluoros no doubt about it keep them within 2 inches of the plant dont keep them too close to burn... good luck keep us posted.

How old/large is the plant. Are you feeding it anything?Overferting with N will result in leaves that look yellow and burnt also.I just dont see 400W as being to big for just about any plant.I do prefer tube floros for a week or two just 1/2 inch above the tops

how close is the 400w to the plant. i have a pairing of 175w MH and 150w HPS (325w) and if it gets closer than 17-18 inches is starts to go above 87deg

Vegging plants wil do OK at 90 degreesF if you have an oscillating fan and a cool mist humidifier on them, you'd be surprised too many people think they wont flourish at 90,its not true.75 is better of course, but for folks with temp problems those two items will assure you can veg healthy plants

the plant is about 1- 2 inches bigger than a normal size dixie cup. it is about 2 months old i am trying to get a picture up but its not working the format is wrong so i will continue on that. its not to big cause when it was still a seedling my roomate moved the fluros and put the H.I.D on it and i saved it so i think that may have had some affect on its growth rate. thanks for the help now you know the about how big it is maybe you can help i believe its to big for fluoros what do you think?

If it is that old the 400 should not hurt it unless you have it to close or the room is to hot. How big of pot do you have this plant in? Are you sure its not rootbound?

id put the 400 further away from the light if it is burning it...and also throw some flouros in there too....cant hurt to have more light....but maybe its just me but it seems that a 400 watter is overkill for 1 plant

shitty thing is we just tried to transfer it to a smaller but i am pretty sure the roots have already taken all the space. cause there were tons of roots so many we could not transfer it in scared of it getting transplant shock so i guess i will just use that advice for next time thank you very much another couple questions though if you could help? what are some things to cause the droopiness to go away? and second what do you think of grow kit like so without going hydro?
