How often were you watering your plants?

regular potting compost - no vermiculite

What mixture, need to know the brand.

How much mg with how much water were you using?
Your plants are a little burned with the MG...... I would not use it every watering if I were you, and you are supposed to only use 1/4 of a teaspoon per gallon of water weekly every 7 days.

DEpending on if your mixture already had ferts in it, determines when you should feed.....

Newly transplanted soil you want to hold off on feeding them right away.

AS for this, this looks more like a burn than anything else.

Your nutrient you have is too strong and not balanced, if you want to use MG, get tomato plant food and use the same dosage I gave you, the NPK ratio you are using is not balanced, too much nitrogen and too little P, even though they are in veg and need more nitrogen, but you will quickly get nitrogen toxicity if you keep using it and will cause a balance problem with other nutrients.

So I would flush your plants with around 1 gallon of water ran through it.

Wait on feeding them for a bit until they recover. The more light they have, the more food they eat, the bigger the plant the more food they eat, always go by the size and lighting you have when it determines how much food to give and never listen to the directions on feeding unless it's made specifically for cannabis.

What mixture, need to know the brand.

Homebase Enriched Compost (enough feed for 6-8 weeks plus moisture retaining gel, also contains West+, a new alternative to peat)

How much mg with how much water were you using?

probably too much

What would the best thing to feed them?

And thanks for replying

Also is there any growing guides on here? Or anything you suggest I read

Should I cut off the damaged leaves?

Don't cut off anything with there size, if they were much bigger, yes; but right now no.

What kind of a guide are you looking for? Ones that teach ya to grow or look for problems?

This should get you started.

Start reading through a bunch of the grow logs here. There is a ton of information to be found. Don't forget the stickies.

From what you state using rag potting soil usually has some fertilizer in it and I usually don't fertilize until the plant is a good size and doing well. The best learning you can do is by reading and good old practical experience
