Help plants are yellow with brown spots

Lease help me with these two girls
1st is a trainwreck mama in rockwool
fed lucus formula
leave are wrinkly yellow and brown spots



2nd,
grape ape
in coco still in veg
lucus formula
kinda looks over watered with brown spots

Hello

Look like an overwatering, as you said, and too low Grow (high N concentration) Fertilizers added.
Feed them !!
In a few days they will become greener and greener and in two weeks it's gonna be good ! Trainwreck is WOW like a myth for me !

Why is the lower part of that plant in the first pic greener?

If they are hungry you usually see the yellow work it's way up from the bottom as it tries to keep it's top nourished.

Over water I can see with a low ph problem..

I've got a few plants doing this to me at the moment. I'm letting them dry out and making sure my ph is on before I start adding food. Mine are showing signs from the bottom up though. I'll let you know how it goes. Please tell me what you are doing to correct your problem and how it is working out. All the best.

Edit: I have a Love Potion#1, a Kali Mist and an Apollo Mist giving me this trouble.

my pen broke and the ph was too high
i dropped it under 6.0
and im all good
