Help! Is this Nute Burn? Potassium deficiency?

All three of my GG#4 plants are showing the same symptoms. Some a bit worse than others. Pics are of the worst spots. Thoughts?

Here is some info on my grow:
-Strain(s): Original Glue #4 (Archive Seeds)
-Grow medium - Organic Black Gold soil
-Light size & type - Outdoor: Northern Oregon. Direct sun Morning through late afternoon.
Pot size and type or hydroponic set-up type - 8-ish gallon pots
-Nutrient type and schedule: 4-5-3 EB Stone Fertilizer and worm castings every 3ish weeks through vegetative. Repotted 8/13. On 8/18, I gave them each 1 cup of bat guano (0-13-0), 1/2 cup KMAG Trio (Potassium, Magnesium, Sulfur 0-0-22), 1/2 cup kelp meal (0-0-2), 1/2 cup Fish Bone Meal (4-17-0). Gave them each 2 cups of Worm Castings on 9/10.
Watering schedule and pH of your runoff or reservoir water - Watered every other day or so. Never let them get super dry. pH of run-off - 6-to-6.5

Schedule:
Planted 5/11
Topped 6/3
Initial Flowering: 7/4-ish
Thinned 7/20
Repotted 8/13
Full Flowering 8/18

I think a flush with 1/4 strength nutes @ pH 6.5 is in order.

99% of the time it's a pH issue that causes deficiencies.
