history:
growth was slow, got a little yellowing, gave them epsom salts, no luck..... bottom set of leaves got browner and curled up and growth was still slow.. I then thought my soil may be at a toxic level so tested the PH... run off was about 5.7...

I decided to then give them a good flush, let them sit for an hour, added 1 teaspoon of lime as a top dressing (1/2 gallon pots) & gently watered in... results are showing and growth has just accelerated a little...

the last water 3 days ago, I gave them a flush and water with plain water... run off was around 6.2..

still getting brown leaves and not sure why:

For soil the best ph to have is 6.8

Nitrogen gets locked out of soil growing at ph levels of 4.0- 5.5

add a lil n to them gurls and keep n eye on your ph u should be fine

Get some nitrogen added and you will be fine as well as some magnesium, dolomite will take too long to act to fix it, you need something liquid or something that will mix well in water like epsom salts.

I gave them a dose of epsom salts a couple of waters ago and yesterday I added some powder type nutrients... NPK was something like 13:10:7 (from memory)

looked at them today, no improvement, will wait and see... fingers crossed.

untamed, patience is a virtue.

Like Stitch said, lime is slow acting and epsom salt will work better. But you can't expect a complete turnaround after one watering. Give it time to work.
