HELP!!! New setup

Ok, so currently I am using a side of a walk-in closet for my grow, but its not set up the best and not very stealthy and starting to make me a little paranoid. The space is 78" wall to wall with the door spaced 22" from each side, 43.5" deep, and 8 ft tall. Here is the equipment I have:

bubble buckets
2- 1000 watt HPS (one sunsystem aircooled hood, the other is like the round aluminum type)
2- 400 watt MH (aircooled sunsystem and batwing hoods)
1- 400 watt HPS(batwing hood)
1- 70 watt HPS
1- 4 bulb T5
and an assortment of fans.

I want to know how you all would set this up. What the perfect setup for YOU in this space would be.

Here is my problem: I live in a condo and I wanted to vent to the ceiling, but I'm afraid the neighbors will smell it then. Let me know your thoughts.

id buy 2 homebox's and setup one with the two 1000w and the other with the two 400w making a bloom box and a veg box, the other lights id sell for some $ to buy a couple vortex fans and carbon filters to keep the box's cool and for good air flow, as for the buckets id split them up so that each box has equal amounts or id put them all in the bloom box and just have the plants in the veg box growing in 4"x4"x4" rockwool blocks that would be hand watered till they where transplanted into the buckets

damn, id just use the aircooled 1k hps, and buy a carbon scrubber to vent into per a vortex/squirrelcage fan

on a sidenote, damn id love to have that many lights,

Doing some quick numbers, it looks like you've got almost 30 amps of electrical draw (that's just lights, ventilation is a whole other issue) for 23.5 square feet of space?

Please bear in mind that I'm very new to this, but if I were to set up your grow, I would give the vast majority if your space to flower under a 1000w lamp, and set up an enclosed cabinet with a shelf with one of the 400w for veg on the bottom and use the floros for clones on the top. Daisy chain the 400w and 1000w (make sure you seal 'em up good) on one big blower, with another smaller one on a carbon filter to evacuate air. Use darkroom louvers to pass air without light between veg and flower, and vent externally (drywall repair is really easy). Sell the rest of your stuff to pay for a portable A/C unit to cool the room, and I think you'd be golden. Just my $0.02.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone. I was never intending to use all that light to begin with. WAY WAY WAAAAYYY too much on the power bill. I was thinkin about maybe runnin 15 plants SOG with shelves in the back for veg with floros....just a thought.

By the way, does anyone know of a good place to sell lights other than ebay? I think I'll end up getting rid of a 1000 hps, a 400 MH, and the 400 HPS
