Help needed to design new space (stealth)

Hi All,

I have recently decided to knuckle down and do away with all my bodge up grows and half cocked ideas and basically start from scratch,, I will do away with the tents and try to put my space to maximum use,
I am looking at perpetual harvests, even if it is 4 plants a month to come down , i am in need of around 500 grams/1lb a month of dry smoke!
I have taken a picture of my space, i am looking at using a tent for the vegging and keep it in main room zipped up while the flowering room is the main,
I will need to work out lighting/extration,, its summer now so would love to be able to use LEDs,, and also think ahead for the coming winter i am going to need to heat this space,,,
it is a outbuilding so gets very cold, i am about to insulate it so should hold temps steady as possible,

I have a 2500m 8" box fan on a variac thermostat that i will use, would a 6" incoming fan be enough?

I will have to build another door after the main door here so no light gets out/in when i open door, it needs to be stealth as possible, i have put measurements on so hope you could understand my pictures.

I currently have x5 600w dimmable ballst hps lights but dont mind chaninging to whatever is needed,

i have a budget of around $2000 USD to spend on lighting etc,

Just to add,, my pictures a little confusing, so the doors are pretty much center with sizes ,, the roof is floor to ceiling height in center and at end wall, and lastly there is a workbench/tabletop that is 60cm from wall to end on left side of workshop, ideally i like to have a veg tent,, drying area also

for $2000 u have no chance to get LED in there sorry


seeing ur space I would prob start with a 4x1m flower area in the middle, have the veg area on the side agianst the wall

id run each m2 at two week intervals so you could harvest 1m2 per fortnight and hope to get 300G dry per m2 (300x2=600g per moonth) so as to meet your monthly quota (500g)

with that budget you could start with a veg led and 1m2 of flower and use ur 600 waters for the rest til u switch over

grow some big monsters

ok ,, so i cannot afford any leds,,

i can use my current 600w x 5, or maybe upgrade to gavitas if they are cost effective with the electricity bill , any ideas out there for layout?
