help needed on treating magnesium deficiency

bought me epsom salt and was wondering how many tsp per gallon do I need to add to a gallon of water if I want to foliar spray?
Also is it better to foliar spray when lights on or off?
how long does it take before the symtoms stop aggravating when foliar sprayed?

Unfortunately I don't take measurements. In a plastic garden spray bottle I would add a 4 finger pinch what would work out to approximately a level teaspoon. Shake shake shake. Improvement within 2 days. Spray at lights on watch your bulbs. In fact move plants away when you spray if possible. Just a light spraying don't soak them. You can always hit them again in a few days time. Once a grow seems to work for mine.

Spray them once, wait & observe for a couple days. If you don't see improvement spray them again. The first spray will get them going you don't need to over do it. You will see some salt residue on the leafs after the solution dries. If it's extremely built up I gently wipe off the crystals.

I dont have a pic but Ill explain the symptoms. leaves are becoming lime green and then yellows while the leaf veins stay green. leaf tips browns and curl up and leaf edges browns too. Also found brown spots (dots) on some of the leafs. The only thing im not sure of is the fact that some leafs have the claw like shape and some leafs are droopy too but not too too much droopy. As far as the claw like leafs I think its because I had my clones under an EC of 7(floralicious plus and floranova) under weak fluorescents for like 2 weeks.I have never added cal-mag to my mix and my tap water is at 90ppm so Im pretty sure thats why they need calcium and magnesium badly right now. My ph is always between 5.6-6.1. I try to keep it at 5.6 but the next day I have to readjust when its up to 6.1 but it never goes any higher so IMO its not ph related

How big are the plants, smaller plants use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water and bigger plants 1 tsp per gallon of water.

You spray your plants when lights come on, do not do it late in the afternoon or within 6 hours of lights going off. If it's in flowering mid flowering where buds are on there, would not foliar spray at all.

Bad information, why say this, you said this before you even knew if he was in flowering or not, ask questions before you push an answer out of your mouth.
He could have been in flowering and spraying your plants at a specific time frame of the day is also very important!
