Help needed for my grow setup

Could you all help me out a little bit please with my new setup.

I have a 4' x 4' x 7' (height) cupboard to grow in with an outside vent. Would this setup be ok in there?

600w HPS light
160 CFM 4" Extractor fan with carbon filter which would vent the hot air out the top of the cupboard through the door into the flat
80 CFM 120mm PC fan to bring cold air in the vent from outside

Would this keep the room cool? the days are getting pretty cold here in the UK.

Also, how many plants could i fit in here? I would be doing 12/12 from seed and using the highest yeilding strain i can find ( suggestions please )

For the intake i would connect the fan to some ducting to direct the cold air behind a 9/12" desk fan to blow cool air over the light.

Depending on the incoming temperature it might work. You might wanna get some higher rated fans if you still experience high temps. 600W of light can make a lot of heat mate. Hope this helps.

The extractor fan isnt 160CFM i made a mistake. it says

1 x 100mm / 4" Two Speed Inline Duct 'TT' Fan
'Turbo tube' shifts - 145m3/h at Low speed or 187m3/h at high speed
Rated Power at low speed 25 watts Rated power at high speed 28 watts
1 x 100mm / 4" Carbon Filter
Contains High Grade Virgin Carbon - 160m3/h

Would that be ok to make the room entirely smell proof and keep it cool?

fans are a bit small unless you have cold fresh air to blow in

you could get a 1000 in there too
