HELP! Need bug ID asap! Never seen these before!

I have a table with 50 super lemon hazes in veg that mysteriously started to go to shit about 2 weeks ago.

Today I was inspecting them more thoroughly around the top growth and found strange looking cobweb-like blotches (not spider mites) and multiple slow moving crawlers.

Can someone help me ID these pics and tell me what must be done to eliminate these things? Not afraid to go nuclear on them as these plants are still in veg.

Looks like Mealybugs to me. They aren't too tough, personally have never had them on cannabis crop, but have seen them in other crops. They suck juices from the plant and spread problems. Take them out!

Something like BugBgone or End ALL should do the trick. I don't remember them being hard to kill off. Good luck

Awesome man thanks for the quick reply, gonna attack them tomorrow and get on a regiment with rotating a few different sprays.

I had something like that, but that white thing was under the leaves or on the stems.. I left it alone cause I didnt think it was anything.. Couple days later it got bigger, so i scraped it/took it off.. Apparently it was some type of egg sack, cause there was 4 white little things inside it..

Not to sure what it is, or if you have them to. Cause you said that white thing is A bug that moves.. Mine didnt move, and I didnt see anything else on any plant.
