Can someone help me figer out what this could be and how to fix it? also they have stoped growing mostly.

Looks like an N deficiency. Hit 'em with an N source or grow nutes and a pinch of a mag source. The pinprick light spots might be part of the deficiency, but it won't hurt to check the undersides of the leaves for webs, or things that look like lint balls.

I did check for bugs and didn't see any.

The middle pic looks like mite damage (or maybe fert water splash??) ... so does the first one. This IS mite damage ...

What is the ph of the run off? I would also really check hard for bugs. They can be hard to spot.
