help my build a nice closet grow!

I have been growing in my closet but I want to move to a bigger closet I have and design an actual grow room out of it.
I can't put any holes in the walls but I can in the door as it is replaceable. I want to get a good vent system to remove hot air from the grow and I want better control over my temps and humidity. The closet is 3wx5lx5h and the ducting will have to travel 6' in order to reach my window. I have grown a huge bush outside my window so I feel I can just have a simple plywood build to place in the window to vent out of. I don't know if I have to worry about smell but I don't want it to just reek so will look into a carbon scrubber.

Will I need more then one fan to push the air 6' to vent out?
I have an axial fan (about 120cfm) to pull air in and will probably filter the incoming air (don't know how).
I have 3 300w led lights (they pull 140w from the wall)
and they do not have a grow hood - so how will venting work with that? I am thinking about putting the carbon scrubber inside the grow and the fan connected to a hole in the door - but not sure exactly what to do.

Kind of stuck on the design - I have a lot of growing equipment already (lights, light stand, fans, scrog (pvc), soil, etc) but no ducting/venting equipment.

How loud will the fan be? will it be tolerable enough that I will be able to sleep in the room?

Is there anything else I can do to control the temps and humidity? I really want an improvement on that.
I have some sketches to illustrate the design I will upload soon.
Also let me know if you need any pictures.
Thanks in advanced to all help given.
Any threads or pictures you want to share please do I know that can help.

Thanks!

what would really help me is if some experience icmag member (or growers) could help provide me with some pics of a good exhaust system - or what a good system should look like. I have looked online for pics and through the threads but if some experienced members could post some proper pictures that would be invaluable to me.

In the top of your closet you can hang the carbon filter with the fan attached to it, on the other side of the fan will be your ducting that runs through the door to the window.

at the bottom of the door you will have a cutout with a cheap Air filter from home depot or wherever to cover the hole (this will be your passive intake)

to size the fan you need to look at the cubic footage of the room, so 5x5x3= 75 cubic feet.
you want to exhaust all the air in the room twice per minute, this will keep the room the same temperature as the ambient temp of your intake.

I would pick a 300cfm inline fan, if you plan on using more powerful lights you may need a larger fan down the road.

The ducting and the carbon filter will reduce the stated cfm so remember that when purchasing.

The carbon filter will need to match the fan at 300cfm+ rating.

The 300cfm fan with good insulated ducting on one side and a carbon filter on the other can range from loud to silent. You can build a box around the fan and pack it with insulation and hang the box with fan inside from bungee cords.

Or you can buy a more expensive fan and maybe end up doing the same thing.

once the carbon filter and duct go on the fan will be fairly quiet, if the fan is mounted to a wall or anything rigid you will hear the vibration loud and clear, thats why i recommend hanging from bungee cords.

good luck
