Allright doods, haven some problems here and can't quite figure it out.

Here's the low down. Brought some new genes into the flower room that had some bugs........sprayed 3 applications of bon-neem and those plants seem to be bouncing back However..........

My two urkle plants seemed fine until i brough them into this room. Their leaves are startin to turn more and more yellow and i can't figure out if it is

1. The bon neem
2. I have pest strips inside their "foliage" and maybe the neem hittin the strips is realeasing some sort of toxin onto the leaves.
3. They still have bugs and i'm dumb.
4. They were veggin in AN nutes and now are in PBP which i'm having troubles dial in
5. The good ol combination effect!

Any thoughts are appreciated and here are some pics......i'm gettin annoyed.

So is this some neem burn or am i faacked? I don't see any movement on the leaves, all there is are some white flecks from the neem.

Thanks for any intelligent input

.8 on the truncheon mtf....pbp is the nute and my first time workin with it.....organics throwin me for a loop, haha....i'm thinkin a couple of things here...one i'm not using any cal mag due to my thought that my hard water would have been sufficient but i think i may need to pic up a bottle.......just bumped the ppm's up to 1.1........my only reservation is that i don't wanna burn the lil ones around the urkles

the urkes veg so slow, so what i was tryin to do was time it right but what i should have done is kept them seperate until i flowered......live and learn i guess........had the nutes real low for a bit at the .5 mark and it looks like they are tellin me they want food!!! haha

gonna do a pure ph'd foliar tonight and i think by raisin the nutes and gettin some cal mag they should turn around.......thanks for the input though bro, its apprecaited

Hello Somoz, I have had a very similar problem as to what you are showing in your pics. And guess what, mine happen after applying neem oil..

Here's the deal, the neem oil works great but what I wasn't told, you have to rinse the oil off with a foiler of plain ph'ed h2o. The neem oil that you mixed with water for you inital foiler sprays never fully mixed with water, since oil and water never fully mix. This leaves concentrations of neem oil on the leaves and the hps just burns the shit out of them (imagine your self in the desert with splotches of cooking oil on your skin).

Give them a foiler of plain ph'ed h2o (good rinsing of top and bottom of leaves) then also throw plain ph'ed h2o in your rez with some b1 (like LK, dark energy, B52, wahtever). Run that for 24 hrs, then swap the h2o with new and add 1/2 strenght of your regular nutes mix. Slowly work that up as the plants start taking more nutes than water (i.e. PPM going down)..

don't fret, they will bounce back. You just have leaves that are burned and this has stressed your ladies... lesson learned, rinse well after neem sprays

I usually spray neem about 2 hours before lights on, then rinse them well about an hour later to give time for your fans to dry the ladies before the lights come on. You will have to do more neem applications with this method, but you won't burn and stress your ladies.. good luck.... ~~seek :joint:

oh yea, guess I should comment on these:

1. The bon neem - yes, this seems the problem

2. I have pest strips inside their "foliage" and maybe the neem hittin the strips is realeasing some sort of toxin onto the leaves. - this is not related

3. They still have bugs and i'm dumb. - check daily on leaf undersides for presence of bugs

4. They were veggin in AN nutes and now are in PBP which i'm having troubles dial in - This is not a problem, I've made this switch in mid flower with no probs (BTW, PBP is better IMHO and provides a frostier end product and is more forgiving).

5. The good ol combination effect! - Me thinks this all related to the neem, the subsequent bruning of the leaves and stress/shock to the ladies..

Here's some pics of what mine looked like. They were more stressed/locked-out at the time of these pics than what yours look but this was like 2 weeks or so into the problem...

Hiya somoz
Sorry to see you're having some problems my friend - I have had similar problems too. Transition period has always been tough in my cabinet. For whatever reason with plenty of light the heavier feeding phenos just don't always get what they need. MrWags and JJScorpio have commented on Botanicare products - my take home from them is: Below EC 1.5 you can have deficiencies with PBP, and at least with my water ( which is pretty good ) I need to add at least a bit of CalMag+ with veg and flower nutes. Also keep an eye for when they cloud up - a sign they've gone "bad" and need to be replaced. Have you considered trying uping them to EC 1.0 with additional CalMag?

I'm on a foliar feed moratorium. Most of the time when I foliar my leaves they get burned - now granted I'm not spraying down my plants afterwards - kind of hard to find the free space to really hose the leaves down without floating the house away :pointlaug
