Hello,
I'm planting in fox farm ocean forest. For the last bit i've been having troubles with my lower leaves gradually yellowing and whitening out till they die off. I've had people say its nitrogen def....and its still not gone away after 2 shots of 15-30-15 fert. Anyhow...soil ph is 6.5.

Heres some pics..Help me out..if you need info, i'll be online probobly and get back to you asap.

looks like a N shortage to me to...
15-30-15 is the wrong ferts for that small plant i think..l..those number are better for flower ,..you need something high in N...low in P and little high in K..for veg..
but thats just my :2cents:

but wait for better repley's...i'm not 100% shure....

Yes, I will have to agree with core; she is most defiantly short on nitrogen; I would ditch the 15-30-15.... to much P for now and a plant that small.

Get something different; do you have access to a hydro shop?
How often were you feeding them btw, and how much?
How long have they been in that mixture?

theyve been in the mix for about 20 days....no hydro shops....gotta buy local from somewhere.

how often should I be feeding them? thats a common question for me.
Also..what kind of fert is ideal? ?-?-?

SOmething that is not strong and never listen to the back of the bottle is important.
Unless made for cannabis like canna terra and advanced nutrients.

Pick a few that come to mind and I can tell ya what is good or bad cause there is so much out there.....

stay away from liquid stuff for one; another thing do not go over NPK 20, anything over 20 is not good.

FEeding weekly is good; but when you transplant into fresh soil you want to wait a bit to feed them if it's rich soil.....

Not trying to be a contrarian here Stitch, but...
There are several concentrated ferts on the market which come in liquid form.
Alaskan fish 5-1-1 comes to mind here as an acceptable veg nute for the sprouts in that ffof soil. I'd add a dash of blackstrap molasses to the mix and then, similar to using any organic soup like earth juice, be sure to bubble it overnight (or longer) after mixing to allow the microbials to stew a while before adjusting the pH for feedings.

no no, I mean liquid hardware store kinds......

Like the kind he is using now with the drops per liter thing.....
Schultz, MG liquid plant food, and so on......

stuff from hydro stores is a different story; but I said that because he said he did not have access to hydro stores so I told him to stay away from liquid stuff because newer growers tend to over fert there plants.......
