help me plezz im lost and my girls are SICK!!

OK SO I HAVE BEEN GROWING IN 2 hydro WATER FARMS WITH GH GRO MICR BLOOM HAD CALMAG at 1/2 strenth and juss a lil flor + ph at 5.5 to 5.8 with ro water AND 6 DAYS AGO THIS HAPPENED THE 2 ON THE LEFT ARE BLUE MYSTIC AND TH 2 ON THE RIGHT R PAPYA AND CHRYSTLE ALL FROM NIRVANA had them at 1/2 strenth flushed with clear X now at 1/4 strenth without cal mag and even less flora + not sure what to do plezz help me you guys.Also my ph will be at 5.7 5.8 and will go up 2 like 6.5 6.6 over night i would really be thankful for all the help you master growers can give

why are you adding so many different things to your water?

all you really need to do is follow the lucas formula which if memory serves me good, is 6ml of micro and 9ml of bloom per gallon...

i dont know why you add all the cal mag and clear x and floranova...

and make sure your ph is 5.5-5.8... thats for real.. if you arent keepin it at that, then the plants wont uptake the nutes...

i DON USE IT ALL AT ONCE I JUS USE THE FLORA GRO MICRO AND BLOOM AT 1/4 STRENTH RIGHT NOW

ghuser113, the green stuff has a high level of K to help buffer the solution. It's good for pH but not always good for cannabis plants.

LiLWaynE is right, try a search on the lucas formula which uses micro and bloom only. There are varying opinions on strength and ratio but it works better than 3 part. Here's some basic info, you'll find other opinions, use what works best for you.

600 watts HID or more:
8ml micro, 16 ml bloom - this mix is used in veg and bloom. You might want to go half strength for early veg and light feeder.

Less than 600 watts HID:
5ml micro, 10 ml bloom - veg and bloom, half strength for early veg.


IMO, your plants look under fed, should be at least 1/2 strength at this point. You also have pH issues, micro defs or both. What do your roots look like?



It might benefit you to fill out the form in the infirmary sticky and post is here. Answer as many questions as you can. Chances are some hydro pros will get you straightened out. peace

EDIT: Lucas says you don't need cal/mag supplements if the pH is correct. A static pH might not be as good as a swing a few cents either way. Without the calmag, your pH might drop too low with the micro and bloom alone. If this happens, you'll have to use a little pH up, reduce your nutes that will only sink your pH to a usable level or use a little calmag. The calcium will help buffer the solution but may not be enough by itself.

So stay with 5ml mico and 16ml bloom throught the whole way? thamks alot for you time disco

Having 4 threads on the same problem won't help...
