can you tell us more about your setup so we can have a better idea as to what the problem maybe? ie pH, medium, lights etc etc

on a side note your plants look nice and lush green.

200w red envirolite cfl 180 m3/h out vent the temp is 19-21 at night 21-23.5 when the lamp is on . Humidity 40-55. Medium:plagron grow mix.

i dont see anything alarming here, maybe just try to keep the humidity closer to 55-60. it seems the edges are curling upward showing you that the leaves could be a bit dry but still overall healthy imo.

burnt tips is usually a sign of over-fertilization; high ppm; that being said i think your ok here just keep doin what your doin.

I wasn't aware that you could burn with organics, can you?? Ive only ever burnt em with adding to much mycorrhizae. never from too much biobizz or botanicare

Organics have the same bases as manufactured ferts; such as Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium. Too much of any of these will burn, regardless if it comes from an organic OR chemical fert. Get a TDS meter and keep things south of 1500 ppm.
