Help me dial in my grow plan

Hi all, currently setting up my grow that I'm hoping to start by December. I have 3 previous grows I've completed with great success, but that was over 3 years ago. I'm probably going to go with a 32x20x62" tent, but if I can reorganize and cram some things in my closet may move this to 36x36x62. My plan now is to get a 600W, but if I do the 36x36 may cram in a 1000w with a vented hood and just ventilate the hell out of it. My ultimate goal is maximum yields- I am going with Sensei Seeds Big Bud. I have no experience with this strain, and this is where my questions come in. I was planning on doing 3 or 4 in 5 gallon buckets, vegetated for 4-5 weeks then flowered. I don't know if the will get too big or not though. I'm hoping someone experienced with this strain can give me some insight into this as well. I may decrease the number of plants and go with 7-10 gallon buckets but again I need some advice regarding that. Earth Juice line for nutrients, and a slightly modified version of Subcool's soil after vegetating. Please let me know what other info may be needed, thanks all.

Any help? I have decided to go with a 40"x40"x79" tent, with a 1000w ventilated hood. Ventilation will not be an issue, it is cold as fuck where I am and the incoming air will be more than cold enough to keep temps in a happy range. Any advice on growing Big Bud specifically? Good for LST or scrogging?

If you want shorter veg time then flip more trees at once. Doesn't matter as long as you fill the canopy.
Forget big bud , it tastes like trash.

I actually decided on Critical Kush, still a killer yielder but much more potent. Probably going to do 5x in 5 gallon buckets and just top/FIM once.

1000w is too much for a 40"x40". That's about 90w/sq ft. Unless you run it at 750w. 600w would be adequate. Less heat. Good luck. -granger
