I'm a somewhat new grower and have a plant about 8-10 weeks in veg, I went on vacation for a week and came back and now my leaves have developed what Ive perceived to be mold, white powdry substance, and im working on getting this under control, but the new sprouts coming from the stems are dead and shriveled at the tips, I will attach pictures. Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong?

It did rain quite a bit while I was away
That doesn't look like any kind of mold, I think a seagull flew over and took a shit on your plant!
