Help me design my grow room and nursery

What's up guys,

I am trying to design a grow room in order to start and clone my plants for my 2016 outdoor grow. I want to grow some serious weight outdoors next year, I am shooting for 50kg / 100 pounds. I am rather experienced outdoors, but I have never grown anything indoors.

I am receiving 20 seeds - 5 seeds from each of the following strains: Granddaddy Purp, Bodhi's Blueberry Hashplant, TGA's Qrazy Train and Serious' AK47 (+ some HSO freebies).

The plan is:
- start all 20 seeds in December
- take clones from all plants (4 each, than choosing the 2 most vigorous ones?)
- flower the plants
- select phenos (hopefully) and fathers
- cull male clones & veg females meanwhile
- put fathers in the greenhouse for pollen
- make seeds reg & fem (insurance)
- harvest (in March?)
- have big enough clones by April
- take more cuttings from them
- veg them in the greenhouse
- put 100+ girls out ~ 20th of May.

I have 12 square meters or 40 square feet that can be used. Please scroll down to check the room plan.
I need one growing area for the mothers and another for the clones that I am trying to grow big.

Not sure how to use my space in an optimal way?
How much space would the mothers and fathers need? If a lot, can I limit their growth by using smaller pots?
How much space will the clones need (and how many clones really?), so I have them big enough, so I can have at least 100 plants in May?

Limiting factor: my electricity installation cannot hold huge loads, especially in the winter... I am left with no more than 2 kWatts (that's maximum, I really prefer to use less if possible) that I can use for the grow - AC and lights. Any benefits in that regards using LED?
So, that's another point where I trip as I am not really sure how much power will I need for lights? Keep in mind that I am not growing for optimal yields, but healthy mothers.
A good thing is that we do get nice sun in the winter too, so the south facing windows will be a helpful addition.

Please help me pull this off!

Let me bring more perspective on how my plan was before I started doubting it and posted this thread.
I have grown outdoors a lot, but not in a professional manner and indoors I have zero experience.

- take clones from all plants (4 each, then choose the 2 most vigorous ones?)
- flower & sex
- cull male clones & veg females meanwhile
- put fathers in the greenhouse for pollen
- make seeds reg & fem (insurance)
- harvest (in March?)
- have big enough clones by April
- take more cuttings from them
- veg them in the greenhouse

Electricity shortage? You only need supplemental light to extend the light period. It doesn't need to be intense for growth, just enough to keep them from blooming. You'll have to rely on sunlight for growth, and electric light for daylength. Good luck. -granger

Looks like you have a good amount of space to use there.

I am crapped in to a small room that's so packed.', every time I need to get at my back Rez I have to move a bunch of stuff out of the way.

Are you going to be flowing at all inside or just getting everything ready to go outdoors?
If all the lights are on the small cycle (18/6) you could just line the walls with black/white plastic (panda plastic) and then you can use as much of the room as you need to house all your moms.

If you are doing any breeding or flowering you could always get a tent to seperate things.

How many lights and what type of light all a are you planning o using ??

Thanks for chiming in Phases!
Yes, I will have to flower inside, but just the moms, the dads are going in the greenhouse.

My main stumble block currently is how to separate things as I am not sure how much space will plants need. Not sure if I should use the entire room or isolate just the green area. ... I can not sort it out at all yet...

Right now I am considering 3 x 600watt HPS's.

dump the ak and tga...get 2 packs bodhi's skylotus ,ancient og if you can find it:)

the plants you plan on flowering inside are you trying to get the max yield from em or are you just trying to flower them out for sex and see what they grow like?

cuz if you're only flowering for the purpose of sexing and sampling quality you don't need 2kw and all that. you can veg under fluoros, and you can flower out assuming you end up with 20 females. you can do all that under a single 1000, a 600 if you're good. i've done 10 plants in a 4x2 tent under 400w. just flower em smaller. smaller pots , less veg, etc.

look on youtube at some grows. just search for tent grows. people are doing more than 20 with a single 1000/dual 600's and 5x5/8x4 tent.
