Hello folks!

This year ill try autos for my very first time. But im a little scared bout low yields...

Currently i owe 10x AutoNorthernLights seeds from RQS. I just read about these super autos and im thinking bout buying some seeds. For example i liked NumberOne from FlashSeeds. Is this strain much better in yield then NL?

Are super autos rly super? Or is it just a commercial thing?

If yes, what super auto strain would u advise me to buy? Im looking for good ratio betwen big yields and high potency. Prefer indica but sativa will also do the trick. And i dont care how much they cost.

Tough call, mate.

You have a large selection:
MDanzig has some great strains, so check there
Sweet Seeds has a decent rep
Secret Garden Seeds, I'd suggest talking to Mitch Connor
Nirvana is always a good choice
Paradise Seeds has some respectable choices

Check size, yield, and high. There's a lot of choices, so good luck on whatever you pick.

I would question the super auto thing . . .

I've grown Dinafem's Moby Dick, both reg & Auto flower. It's a great smoke with a good yield; can't go wrong.

Sweet seeds has some good stuff, however most are NOT exactly what they claim, so beware (in my experience, this includes a lot of Autos). I believe it has mostly to do with stabilizing.

If you are looking for superautos, look up for Stitch's genetics under Flash Seeds and some strains by ShortStuff(SuperCaliHaze, SuperStinky).

If you want a more Indica plant, check out Flash Seeds - Number One.


The "super-autoflower" is not just commercial thing(although some may use it), it's not about just bigger autos, but it's a term first used by breeder Stitch for his Ruderalis base for breeding with regular strains. If you do some google research, you should find the true story behind superautos and how to grow them.

They are developed for outside growing btw.

One day I will breed Luthor auto seeds to compete with these so called super autos!

I just ordered some short stuff seed auto's. Love smaller plants big cola's.

Short stuff....I've ALWAYS had great luck/success and harvest. Bought the Auto Mix...one in particular was a blast off trippy high. I'm thinking Mi5 as it was replicated when I knew the strain. SS seeds are A1!!!!!!

Outdoors would be the right place for super autos, i can see them yielding alot more than the regular AFS, but i'd rather do 2 different harvests with 'normal' autos because i've seen alot of people having troubbles with Super AFs & mold when grown outdoors, s60 from mdanzig also seems to be prone to mold.

^^ yeah that, i've always been 100% satisfied with Short stuff

ak47,mi5, onyx,RRF ... all good and stable AFS that will perform well outdoors
