ive got some ideas mostly from northern farmers grows. currently i am running 3 600's over a 4x8 area and in stead of going bigger by adding more power i would like to go bigger by adding intelligence lol. why not make more out of what we are already using? seems simple enough. if you have any pics or personal experiences with building such a setup please chime in. i think i want to do 3-4 tiers on each side and they are going to set up with blumats(gravity permitting). heres a couple shots of my work space. i have more room than the 4x8 area but not by a whole lot.

the last pic is the basic concept picture from northern farmer. as you can see i am not able to attatch my supports to the wall so i will have to build a sturdy stand alone structure.

last but not least is my paint handywork lol. figure i can frame everything out in 2x3's and 1x8's for the shelves. any input lol

the thicker black line on the bottom of my awesome paint project represents the 4x8 two by four waterproof pond liner setup. it has to stay there so i figure just build the stadium on top and connect it to it with simpson ties or L brackets.

did you make a wet floor ??? preferably with a drain...You cab build another rack on the back wall unless you have other plans for that area..I do it different ima tree vertical grower.. I take 5 plants and stick the light in the middle of ea 5.. Im building powered rotating pots. I rotate my plants 1/4 every day in flower. Having a automation divice to do that for me will make things so much easier. I also keep the environment controllable. Heating, cooling,Water tanks that are mixing all the time. I can automate the PH if I wanted but I want to do that part myself. Anything that would kill my garden if there was a mistake I do that manually.. Lights are on rope/ratchet. dont get the yo yo here junk.. Panda film to cover the whole room except the floor. Paint it white...Here you can put a fan to blow the heat up and away.. You will still need a good way to cool the room not just the lights..

That's what I do but I dont use any tiers. The plants are just surrounded by the lights. Like a figure 8. No fan that blows up at the light. I use wall fans to circulate the air in the room. Hot air is extracted wit the Portable AC. I have a scrubber connected to the exhaust. That air get plumbed into the hat water heaters closet helps keep the unit from turning on as much as it use to.. I put a dryer vent there so if someone looks inside all they see is a louver vent :) Lots of Aluminum tape and ducting. I keep all of that under the house so there are ports for intake and exhaust but im not using them right now. Good luck we are here to help if you need it..
