Help me build a foggponis 6plant set up

Let me start by saying, its great to be back! I have been gone along time, but its time to jump back into the action. Spudnik #1 paradise seeds will be arriving at my door step very soon with brings me to this thread. I want to try the fogponics method. I read a lot of stuff on it people saying good things ,people saying bad things, people saying things that they don't even know. I bought a ultra mist fogger from house of hydro here in florida it has three heads it also is made for the nutramist machine for a replacement fogger. This fogger has anti corrosion on it, and shoots out a cool fog and doesn't heat up the reservoir. I have a big air pump to give the water the o2 I have two 35 gallon rubbermaids one for the reservoir and one to hold the plants which the roots will be in.i have a 4'' hole on the top of the Rubbermaid with a fan blowing in to allow air to push the fog into a 3'' plaste vent tube which connects to the plant chamber which is the other Rubbermaid.At the bottom of the plant chamber I have a half inches bulkhead for the drain to run back to the fogger now im thinking of putting a screen at the bottom of the plant chamber about 5'' or so above the drain I don't want the roots to set in any water ..I will upload so pics tonight I need your input I value it I want this system to work I will be feeding with Gh I have the performance pack which has damn near everything I need and I have atlas ph up and down I have a 1000 watt switchable hps/mh light things I need are a ppm /ph /temp meter . I have two pumps 230 gph with sprinklers for a back up if I wanna go the Fake method which works great I have done this with res sour d but please help me build this system

ultrasonic fog droplets are too small to meet the needs of the plant through all stages. It has to be combined with a conventional hydro method.

combined with existing flood and drain (ebb & flo), sprayer type aeroponics, or even certain types of drip systems which are designed to provide the bulk of nutrient solution required during production

I would think it would need to be connected to a manifold of some sort, directing the fog to each plant's roots. I would think that running 24-7 might work well, but who really knows without trying. I see no need to add fog if you were to go with a conventional hydro system, which are proven to work. The Fog system seems like a "neat" idea though! What do you hope to gain from the Fog system over a conventional hydro setup?

You make a great point , I thinking I will just use the fogger to clone roots let me ask you a question,i have air pumps and pond pumps I have a 500 ghp pump and a 250 and a 180 with a lot of sprinkles would u use a bubbler or a rail system , Im just growing three of my five female Sputnik seeds, than I will take clones from the best one. How many plants do u think I can grow under a 1000 watt hid? I heard a 4x4 area but how many plants do u think would be sufficient? And which method would u use ? Thanks for you input

This is something I made just trying to get ready so when I have clones I have a system to put them in I keep having a issue with the end caps I want to be able to take them on and off so if I need to get into the system and for cleaning as well
