Help me build a cab

Ok I'm ready to build a flowering cab for my DSD that have been vegging for a while.

I've got an aircooled 1000w hps, an elicent 200b fan rated at 636 cfm, and i am getting a carbon filter which I have not decided upon (any suggestions would be appreciated).

I was thinking about building a 5'x5'x7' cab. There is however one problem the room im putting it in has no windows or places to exhaust or intake fresh air. Ambient temps will rise only to the mid 80's during the hottest of days because of its location. If I run the lights at night do any of you guys think that it will get too hot in the cab or if i'm moving enough air it will be ok?

is that mid 80's with no light...... becouse i know mid 80's with a 1k and no in/out take is going to hit high triple digits more then likely in the teens

moving air is good dont get me wrong but if its just circling in the room your screwed

btw how big is the room that your cab will be in?

It's actually only gotten to 80 at the highest in there but the days haven't been as hot as they can be, and yes this is with no light. This temp is during the hottest point of the day, at night when i would run the light its in the mid to low 70's.

If i had to guess the sq footage of this room is about 500-600 ft.

I'm just looking for a solution for my ventilation dilemma, would it be possible to run a stand alone a/c unit?

i would say yes to an ac unit.....
you will see you wont have an issue once you put in that ac....
what kind of system are you running.

In my first post you can see what my setup is and what equipment i'm using.

A few questions about the a/c unit. If I was using one of those window units would i get a huge increase in my power bill? Also since i have no place to exhaust spent air except for in the room itself would this still work?

I've seen these boxes people are building with the window a/c units and i think i could do this if i had some guidance.

you can do a box with window a/c and the room your groing in will be cool but the room with out air moving well even get hotter faster you still have to duct it out...

window units once they get to like 115+ start shuting down or not cooling right. you have to get that hot air out some how even running a light at night ( mid 70's) the room going to hit high 90's low 100's you need to find a way to vent.
you wont see a huge increase unless its running 24/7

if you have power ran then you can get a 2" or so hole im guessing? might want to think about a mini split system?
