Help identifying a bug?

Hopefully I'm posting to the right sub. I keep finding these little black bugs. I sprayed with neem oil after finding one and some munches on my leaves. Not sure if they were related but I find one maybe every couple days. Friend or foe?

Outdoor grow in tropical climate of Guam.
Usually spotted mornings
Jumps
Sometimes find a leaf miner the same day unsure if related
Not sure if strain matters but chitral kush deep chunk mix about 4 months in.

Anyway, looks like one of them little black grasshoppers, but hard to tell from the photo. So far I haven't had much luck battling grasshoppers.

Ah ok. The body shape looks different from what I see of pictures of black grasshoppers. I'll try to take a better picture next time I spot one. Thanks man
