It does look like a cal def. With spots like that, first thing I'd ask myself is what is the pH of the water/nutes I'm feeding with.

What are you growing them in? Soil? What are you feeding them?

What are you in? Soil/hydro? That looks like what I've had in soil quiet bad. Last crop failed because of it. Mine was cal mag and phosphorus lockout due to ph. I never adjusted mine,now I do and I don't get that anymore.
Of course it would help if you gave some details

Calcium deficiency signs are rarely from a lack of feed calcium or cured by increasing it. Calcium is a non-moible nutrient. If the xylem's not flowing, then the calcium's not moving. Xylem flow issues such as excessively high or low humidity/temps, excessive ammonium, potassium, magnesium and/or sodium in the root environment, and the ubiquitous pH lockout are much more likely culprits. It always pays to look at these factors before dishing out hard earned cash on cal mag supps. Cheers and happy growing.
