cold floor hitting warm bottom of tent could be the problem .1 1/2 inch pink foam and a layer of plywood and set it up on that I bet it will stop being wet there

i think you nailed that right on though im not sure about the insulation we cant really put weight on insulation and weve got tables to support inside the tent

I think we are going to move to the room next to it where there is carpet because at this point replacing carpet seems alot lot better than replacing hardwood floor

maybe you need to build a false floor and elevate the tent a couple inches. Or put some 2x4's around the edge to support the poles.

I have never seen a tent in person so not sure how they are built but you get the point.

And if the floor is buckling, then its probably ruined anyway

get a neoprene liner from plumbing store....for use under bathroom tubs and showers as a moisture barrier......

If you put pink high density foam down and lay plywood on top of it you could put a piano on it, weight of tables aint diddly but its yer call. Carpet will just mold under tent if the floor is too cold .Carpet will act as insulation but if the floor is colder than the bottom of tent there is the chance you will have condensation as you are now .A 2x4 frame and plywood will work as Yamaha suggested, you just cant have a cold surface touch a warm one or it will condensate .Example my cold air intake for my air cooled lights is so cold most times that if it is uninsulated it will rain condensation till it gets to the lights and then its warm enough to not need insulation .cold water pipes on ceiling condensate so bad youd think it was raining till insulated . Condensation trapped between 2 surfaces is prime breeding ground for mold .
