Some sort of critter is chomping the leaves. I have that trouble but with teeny dot holes. From experience my dots are the earwig bugs or the garden slugs. I am gearing up for the old beer can trick. You bury a cheap beer can in the ground that is half full of beer and the critters come running because they smell the beer party. They crawl in, get drunk or something and drown in the beer.

I have one runt plant that I will pull because it is smaller, less developed with crooked stem, and presex flowers seem to say male. I will let it go another week until I am sure. You might have a runt going, or maybe a smaller pheno of the same kind of plant. If it is female why not let it grow? Sometimes you get a fine smoking plant.
